Since door knobs…or door handles…or door lock entry lock sets…or WHATEVER you want to call them… play such a large role in one’s perception of a front door, I thought it would be fun to feature them.

I also started writing this post with the DISTINCT misperception that it would be very quick and easy to find some examples. Insert game-show-loser-buzzer-sound here…waaaahhhhhh!!!

It was far from easy to source these examples!

First of all, people use myriad names to describe their products. The most common name used was front door entry lock sets. While I was searching, if I wasn’t as specific as possible, I would get all sorts of door handles…cabinet, bathroom, closet. BUT, the problem with using such a specific search name is that it limited my results and all I saw were very typical front entry handles. Nothing very unique.

So, if you are looking for a unique door handle set for your door, be prepared to search deeply!

After a couple of HOURS of searching, here is my selection…
